Organisation a catering for 2000 people is really a challenge. In particular for managers, but especially for our chef. The most important is experience, and of course instinct. It’s called, that mathematics is a queen of all the sciences. Here’s a Little poke in the nose for everyone, who thought, that it’s a joke. Without mathematics, you can end up en event with hungry people, or with truck full of food. The second option is ok for us, because we donate the rest food to the charity, but the first one is unacceptable. Plan and logistics are a task for our managers. They need to take care of providing services in the highest level to shorten the time in queues. The last thing is equipment and ton of work, which is part of every caterer’s job.
